FOREST Language Camps
Learn, play, and explore new cultures & languages 🌍 🌟
Our Forest Language Camps offer your child an incredible opportunity to explore new cultures and connect deeply with nature. Led by our cheerful, dedicated camp guides – all of whom are native English speakers – your child will experience nature to the fullest, play alongside other children, and make many new friends along the way.
While our camp guides speak little German, we encourage your child to express themselves in English – and we do so in a fun, playful manner! Our camps are designed to blend educational activities with thrilling outdoor experiences. As children take part in exciting forest games and thrilling adventures, they learn English in a relaxed and joyful way. There is no pressure – it's all about learning through play and discovery! By doing so, they not only immerse themselves in new cultures but also gain a deeper understanding of sustainability by actively working with nature.
We are incredibly proud of the diversity within our team, welcoming young people from around the world. Each of them brings their own unique talents, perspectives, and passions to the camp, enriching the experience for everyone. Our enthusiastic camp teachers and guides, brimming with positive energy, know how to spark the curiosity and excitement of children and teens, ensuring they make the most of every moment at our Forest Language Camps.
And don’t worry – your child won’t be glued to a smartphone! Instead, they'll be outdoors, exploring the natural world with other children. We create a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels like part of one big, supportive family.

a Day at the English Forest camp: Fun, games and learning
At the English Forest Camp, it’s all about having fun, making new friends, and going on exciting adventures! We make sure everyone feels comfortable, that the group atmosphere is super positive, and that we’re all kind to each other. The most important thing is that we feel at home and have lots of fun together!
Every day follows a fun routine.
-
We start the morning by feeding the animals in small groups - each group gets to take care of different animals. After that, we play some energizing games to wake up, and then we do group sessions where we practice speaking, listening, and writing in English. We usually do this while exploring the outdoors and having fun!
-
In the afternoon, we play some cool games like treasure hunts, team challenges, nature scavenger hunts, and capture the flag. You’ll use English to give instructions, follow clues, and work together as a team!
-
In the evening, we go for a peaceful hike in the forest and end the day around the campfire, where we might tell stories, sing songs, or just relax. We finish the day with a short review and some calming exercises to help everyone wind down and get ready for a good night’s sleep.
-
During the camp, the children will be offered meals and drinks at various times throughout the day. However, we kindly remind everyone to bring a stainless steel water bottle to carry with them on their adventures. The drinks available are water, tea, milk, and oat milk—no sugary drinks are served.
All meals are vegetarian and freshly prepared every day. We also take allergies into account and make sure the children are safe and well-fed. Before the camp starts, we check with the children to see if they dislike any specific vegetables, so we can adjust meals to suit everyone’s tastes. Our goal is to ensure that all children have delicious meals and are never hungry.
Snacks are provided at 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM and include fruit and cookies. We believe in offering healthy food and keeping sugary snacks to a minimum. That’s why we ask parents to pack very little (or ideally no) chips or candy for the kids.
